14yr old girl kills another 14yr old girl after Facebook fight over a boy

14 year old Endia Martin (pictured above) was killed on Monday April 28th by another 14 year old girl after they argued on Facebook about a boy. Is this what 14 year olds should be doing? Fighting over boys and killing each other? My goodness!

According to Chicago Times, the handgun used to kill Endia Martin had been brought to the scene by someone who knew the suspect and knew 'there was going to be a fight' Chicago police said
"What would have been, under any other circumstance, probably a fistfight between 14-year-old girls, because they were fighting over a boy, turned into a murder. You introduce a firearm and you have a murder." The police said
Endia was walking home from school when the other girl approached, pulled the gun and opened fire around 4:30 p.m on Monday in West Garfield Boulevard, Chicago, according to police. Endia was hit in the back and killed instantly.

The 14 year old girl has been charged as a juvenile with murder, while her 24-year-old uncle and a 17-year-old boy are also facing charges. The two are being held for giving the gun to the killer.

SO SAD: Rita Dominic’s Touching Tribute To Amaka Igwe!

Rita Dominic has expressed her sadness over the passing away of Amaka Igwe who made Nollywood what it is today. Rita says Mrs Igwe will not be missed, because everywhere they turn in Nollywood is a reflection of her. Her words;

AMAKA Ene Igwe, MFR(1963-2014) - A Brief Elegy. Born 2nd January 1963, Amaka Igwe (nee Isaac Ene) may be the singularly most important WOMAN in the creation & evolution of Nollywood. Starting out as a young Lecturer Assistant at the then Anambra State University, Amaka Isaac Ene dedicated her young adult life to the creation of CHECKMATE (a Soap-Opera that leveraged on the previous success of Lola Fani-Kayode's MIRROR in The SUN). Her star actors were the 1st Stars of Nollywood.

Her RATTLESNAKE movie trilogy, though came out a few weeks after Living in Bondage, was the 1st artistic success of Nollywood's videography. With her FUJI House of Commotion, Amaka redefined the landscape of Situation Comedy on national TV. Married to ex-banker-turned-Film producer/marketer Charles Igwe in April 1993, Amaka was Nollywood's female colossus.

And together, Amaka & Charles Igwe strove to evolve a seismic paradigm shrift in Entertainment Content provision in Nigeria, the latest being TOP FM Radio, Lagos. Toe-to-Toe with men she stood! In recognition, she was awarded national honours as Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR).

Last night, Amaka was on set of her current movie! And Last Night, Amaka Died, still working on a Movie!

Goodnight, great woman! Goodnight!! Cry Tears rain down. Rest in Peace, Great Amazon. Rest. We Won't Miss you, because everywhere we turn in Nollywood, we see you! We feel you, Amaka!! I remain ur friend, even in the afterlife! - Don Pedro OBASEKI, PhD (Enogie-Isi of Benin Kingdom).. Your body of work will be an inspiration to many generations.. Adieu Aunty Amaka till we meet to part no more.. #Nollywoodmourns

Muma Gee's Husband Prince Eke & Prosper Reply Angela Okorie Theft Allegation

Wahala Dey! Muma Gee's Husband Prince Eke & Prosper Reply Angela Okorie with Their Own Side of the Story

This alleged theft scandal  involving married Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has taken a real big dramatic turn. Because the people Angela accused of setting her up and blackmailing her have just sent out their own side of the story and it's quite messy!

Quote
Muma Gee's hubby Prince Eke and the alleged blackmailer Prosper in a mail they exclusively sent to Linda Ikeji are insisting Angela truly stole Prosper's money, that Prosper and Angela are actually lovers, that Angela moved in with him when she arrived South Africa. Please read:
"Mid last month, Angela Okorie called me help her shoot a movie in South Africa. My wife (Muma Gee) was due to give birth but because of the respect I have for her, I agreed to do the movie. It was her own movie called Ada Abakaliki but she also wanted me to act in another movie being produced by a guy named Ikenna in South Africa which she was also supposed to feature in. It was her movie and she was the one inviting me to South Africa so yes she's supposed to pay for my flight and accommodation because I had no other reason to be there.
We arrived South Africa on Monday. She wanted me to stay with her friend but I told her I would rather stay in a hotel that I wasn't comfortable staying in someone's house. She put me in one hotel but I didn't like the place. She paid for a guest house and she asked me to stay with her there but I refused, telling her that she's a married woman and I am a married man, that I wasn't comfortable staying with her. I eventually paid to stay at City Lodge but later she called me and told me to come and stay at the guest house she paid for, that she would move out.
When I went to her hotel, she introduced me to a guy named Prosper who I'd never met before. She introduced him to me as her boo. She told me I could stay at the guest house, that she would move in with Prosper. She told the magazine she moved in with a friend name NK. That's a lie. There's no friend named NK. Angela moved in with Prosper who has a two-bedroom flat and a roommate who is Tanzanian and not Angela's friend. Angela lived with Prosper for nine days.
Anyway, eventually Angela told me she was no longer doing the Ikenna movie. But we continued shooting her own movie. Some days later, I saw Angela and Prosper kissing and I was very shocked because I know she's married. I confronted Prosper and told him he was messing with a married man. Prosper told me Angela had claimed she was estranged from her husband, I told Prosper that was a lie because I know she's still very much married. When Prosper questioned Angela about what I said they began to have problems. She became angry with me for telling Prosper she was still very much married.
On the day of the alleged theft, we had finished shooting for the day and I wanted to have a shave. I told Prosper to take me to a barbing salon. Angela said she wasn't going to the salon that she wants to go home. About 30 minutes later, Prosper told me he just received a text message from Angela that she was leaving his house. When Prosper eventually got home, he called me to say Angela had stolen his money, $3,200 and he had been calling her and she was not picking.
I tried calling Angela but she also didn't pick my calls. Prosper managed to track her down and she was traced to Hilton Hotel in Sandton. He went there around 2am with police officers to have her arrested. Angela was there with another man named Daniel. This is a girl who told me she couldn't afford to pay for hotel and wanted me squatting with friends, all of a sudden she could afford to pay for a room at Hilton Hotel.
The guy they met in her room returned 10,000 rands to Prosper and signed an affidavit. I don't know if she took the money but why sign an affidavit to return it?
Angela was taken to Sandton police station, from there she was transferred her to Honey Due police station where she was found guilty, and finally transferred to Ranburg police station where she slept in a cell.
I, Prince Eke bailed her and stood as surety and the first statement she made after she came out was that I sold her out. That I didn't tell her Prosper was coming with police. Angela was charged to court, she went to court on Tuesday. It was the court that granted her bail. I can send you her charge number. Saying Prosper set her up to take money from her is not true. She introduced him to me as her boo and never said he was harassing her sex. It was strange to read all that. Besides Prosper drives a Mercedes Benz E360 and he's a well known rap artist.

Prosper's side of the story:
Quote
That I tried to rape her or was begging her for sex is laughable. I knew she was coming to South Africa. I promised to help her when she got here. She and Prince Eke arrived on Monday morning, I saw them in the evening and Prince was complaining that he didn't like where he was staying. So Angela and I agreed that she would move out of the guest house and move in with me so Prince Eke could move into the guest house. She left the place and moved in with me on Wednesday. She said she moved in with her friend named NK. There's no such person. I have a roommate, a young girl that I am helping, who is like a family friend. She didn't know Angela until she moved in with me. She lied about moving into a friend's house. She moved into my house. We were lovers. Please quote me.
When Prince Eke confronted me and said I was messing around with a married woman, I was quite surprised because Angela told me she was estranged from her husband. After I heard she was married, I distanced myself from her and we began to have issues in the house. She started to give me attitude and also Prince Eke because he had told me she was married.
About the money, after we finished shooting that Saturday, I took Prince Eke to a Barber's salon to get a hair cut. Angela said she wanted to go home. Later she called me to say she was leaving my house. We had quarreled that morning but she didn't tell me she would be leaving. She was supposed to stay at mine until she leaves South Africa.
When I got home I asked my roommate if she'd seen Angela and she said Angela had left the house in a hurry with her things, that someone had been waiting for her outside the house. I checked the cameras in the premises and saw that she'd left in a hurry. I went to my room and searched for my money and saw it was gone. I called her for several hours but she didn't pick, so I went to the police. We were able to trace her to Hilton hotel. She and the guy with her were both arrested and it was the guy that signed the affidavit. Why would I set her up? I am a rap artist and producer in South Africa. My stage name is P-Skrilla.

Al-Mustapha Sues Islamic Cleric who Accused Him Of Training Terrorists

Former Chief Security Officer to the Late Gen. Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, Wednesday dragged a Kaduna based Islamic preacher, Sheikh Sanusi Khalil before an Upper Shariah Court, Daura Road, over alleged defamation of character.

Al-Mustapha is accusing the cleric of defaming his character in a sermon he preached at the Sani Zango Daura Jummu’at mosque in December, 2013, accusing him of training snippers to be used for political purpose.

The case which came up Wednesday amidst tight security could however not hold due to the absence of the presiding judge, Mallam Mustapha Umar.

In a direct criminal complaint filed by his counsel, Sadau Garba, Al-Mustapha is accusing the Islamic cleric for defamation and mischievous propaganda against his person.

“The defamatory” words, according to the summons, “are contained in both CD and DVD plates recorded with the knowledge and consent of the accused person and were being sold to members of the public both within and outside Nigeria” contrary to the provision of section 137 (1) Shariah Penal Code 2002, Kaduna State.

It further said that the Islamic cleric, in the course of his preaching was alleged to have stated thus: “The evil that men do lives after them. Information has reached me (that) you are in charge of training some young snipers and killers to promote your political ambition.

“These boys are being trained to kill some 1,000 people in this country perceived to be stumbling block on your part to achieving your political ambition. That is what (Obasanjo) said in his letter. If it is Sanusi that said this, they will accuse him of abusing some people.

“This is what Obasanjo told Jonathan in his letter. About two to three Fridays ago, in this place, I told you about the existence of these sniper boys.

“The person that was given this unfortunately is a Muslim brother. He has been given the contract of training and mobilising them on how to use these boys in wanton killings in order to win election at all cost. Let’s call a spade a spade, the person that was given this contract is Al-Mustapha.

“I swear with the name of God where he first started sitting with these boys, the venue and the time he sat, I swear with the name of God I have all the details.

“Are you not the one being accused of bringing terrorism into Nigeria? Al-Mustapha when you were arrested and detained, the poor Muslims, Christians, soldiers, police, Nigerians both within and outside the country all sympathised with you, prayed for you. If you are to pay for these prayers, I swear with the name of God, you don’t have the money to pay.”

Chaos in Ogun as mob sets three kidnappers ablaze

Pandemonium broke out yesterday April 30th in Ijoko Ota in Ado-Odo-Ota LGA of Ogun State around 9amwhen a mob set 3 suspected kidnappers ablaze after their victim, one Elizerbeth Oduwole screamed for help.
Reports say the lady’s scream attracted passersby who got hold of the kidnappers, beat them to a pulp before setting them ablaze. The vehicle they rode in was also set ablaze by the angry mob.
Confirming the incident, the Police PRO in the state, Muyiwa Adejobi said the victim, 26year old Elizabeth who resides in Atan-Ota had boarded a vehicle to Ewekoro but found herself in Gas Line in Ijoko were she immediately screamed for help. Continue…
“She screamed from the vehicle in which she was being taken to their den when she observed that she was in another place and the people in the area blocked the vehicle, beat the occupants, killed them and burnt them to ashes. The victim is being interrogated; the suspects were burnt to ashes. We are going to use multifaceted approach; we want to know if there had been an interaction between the suspects and the victim. The jungle justice affected our case. The people alerted us at the Headquarters instead of calling the DPO in Ota, and immediately we asked the DPO to move to the scene, but, before they got there, the suspects had been killed and burnt to ashes. It was a heavy inferno; they put tyres on the suspects and set them ablaze. We have evacuated their ashes. We have taken over the matter; we are still investigating the matter.  We condemn jungle justice, people should desist from this act”, the PPRO, said.

Meanwhile  on Tuesday April 29th in Abeokuta, men of the state’s Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps rescued a middle aged woman named Favor Okoye from being lynched by an angry mob for allegedly kidnapping a baby at about 2.55pm along Toroto street  in Abeokuta.
In a statement released by the Public Relations Officer of the NSCDC in the state, Olanrewaju Kareem, they were able to rescue the woman after a taxi driver alerted his men of a woman who had been beaten to a pulp and was in the pool of her blood
According to him, “a taxi driver alerted civil defence men keeping vigil on critical infrastructures around Akin-olugbade/Pepsi/honeypotro areas that a woman has been attacked around honeypotro and was about to be killed. The men quickly raced to the scene to rescue the woman but, all efforts and appeal by civil defence to allow the suspected kidnapper face the consequence through the legal process proved abortive as the mob insisted on killing the woman.
“Because of this development, the civil defence officer called office for reinforcement as a result of which armed men were deployed to the scene.
“In spite of the fact that those civil defence men on ground were able to take possession of the suspect and took her towards Akin-olugbade area in order to get a vehicle to convey her to a safe place, they were still followed and were all along resisting that the woman should not be taken away.
“The situation became more violent when the armed men of civil defence arrived. They threw available objects including bottles, planks, stones among others, the mob though succeeded in breaking the windscreen of civil defence vehicle but they were able to rescue the woman from being killed.
“The woman who was in a state of coma as she could not talk was immediately rushed to the Federal Medical Centre where she is receiving treatment. She gained consciousness after one hour after the first set of treatment had been administered on her.
“We therefore appeal to members of the public to always ensure justice through legal means as jungle justice will make innocent people to suffer”, he said.
